Q: The trigger has stopped working after a couple of sprays, what is wrong?
A: This might be due to a build up of the product in the spray. We would suggest that you run the trigger under some hot water to see if that clears it up. If it doesn’t, trying spray hot water through the product. If this still continues not to work, the trigger is then faulty and will need replacing.
Q: The product has damaged and stained my carpet?!A: This can be due to the product mixing with a previously used product on the carpet and having a negative chemical reaction. Technical need to look at the damage done and verify that is was not the fault of our product, but rather the fault of the customer using a previous product that caused the reaction. This also needs to be referred to the brand manager and senior manager to ensure that a resolution can be found.
